  • This house in Mass. has to be one of the nicest, cleanest house we have stayed in. We had beautiful weather and took advantage of the great pool every day. I loved that there were stores and restaurants close by. We had very pleasant dealings with the owner. We were very pleased.

  • This was a terrific vacation house for our group vacation with friends and their families. The house is unique and offers great amenities. The location is extremely close to a number of shops and restaurants, and an easy drive into Boston, North Shore beaches, or New Hampshire. Our stay included plenty of pool time, cooking together, and enjoying the large common areas for games, movie nights, and family fun. Rich, Andrea, and Octavien were responsive to our needs and communications.

  • The home is unique and beautiful. We were in town for my daughter's wedding. There was plenty of room for the nights that there was 8 of us staying at the house. Andrea was always quick in replying and we had no problems at all. If we didn't know, we wouldn't have even realized the caretaker lives downstairs. There's also plenty of parking and all shops, restaurants, etc are within just a few minutes drive. If coming to the area we would strongly recommend house! Thanks for everything!

  • Wow! This place was incredible. The home sits back off the road, so it feels remote, but there’s a shopping center minutes away. Octavian was a delight from the moment we met him. We returned back to the home on the second day to see two bottles of wine for us by the door—- really thoughtful touch. The home was beautiful & so clean. The beds were very comfortable & it was a such peaceful environment. Really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return. Worth every penny.
